A TAILOR’S BILL. B. Norton and Co., tailors (Mr Barnett), sued Allan Steel Ramsay (Mr Jackson) for £3 ss. His Worship gave judgment for the plaintiffs for £3 5s with costs £1 15s. A CLAIM FOR. Judo--ment was given for the plaintiff club for £2 7s 6d, with costs, £1 12s. BOARD AND LODGING. Constantine George Nicholl (Mr P W. Jackson) sued William MoKinstrv (Mr Neave) for £2 10s, for board and lodging, and money lent. Judgment was given for tho plaintiff for tho amount claimed, with costs £1 12s. A FAMILY SQUABBLE. Arthur George Jacobson, painter,' sued Albert Valentine Jacobson, printer, and John Gustav© Jacobson, plumber, the executors under tho will of the lato Hans Jacobson, for tho sum of £8 19s sd, the amount of money received by the defendants in May, 1908. for tho use of tho plaintiff, and retained by them. The defendant John Gustavo Jacobson, counter-claimed for the sum of £l6 for hoard and lodging from July to November, 1901, being twenty weeks at 16s a week, Tho defendant gave tho plaintiff credit for £4 4s, being the amount p-aid in part payment. and the counter-claim was therefore for tho balance, £ll 6s. His Worship gave judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs 13s. Tho defendant was nonsuited on the counter-claim. Mr Dix appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Blair for tho defendants.
