AN- APPLICATION ADJOURNED. A short sitting in Chambers was held by Air Justice Cooper to consider an application to adjudicate J. J. Cronin, indent agent, of Wellington, a bankrupt. Air Cook appeared on. behalf of debtor to oppose the application. There was no appearance of counsel for tho petitioning creditor and tho summons was adjourned until Tuesday next.-at TO a.m., tin petition-
ing creditor to pay £2 2s, costs of tuc adjournment. A QUESTION' OF COSTS. The case of Meincrtzhagcn v. Donnelly and others was mentioned to his Honor Mr Justice Edwards hy Mr 11B. Hell, K.C., who appeared for defendants, and moved for a certificate for the costs of second counsel in respect of recent litigation between the parties, and also for the costs of the second day of hearing of a motion for an injunction and a counter motion for tho discharge of the injunction. Mr C. 11, Mormon appeared tor Miss Meinertzhagcn. His Honor reserved judgment.
