IN DIVORCE
(Before his 'Honor Mr Justice Chapman). AN ASSYRIAN PETITIONER. BAHOUT v. BAHOUT. This was an application by Assad Bahout, of Palmerston North, for the dissolution of his marriage with Caroline Bahout on tho ground of desertion for upwards of five years. Mr Cooper, of Palmerston North, appeared for petitioner. Mr Herdman appeared on behalf of Mr Moore, of Palmerston North, to withdraw the defence originally filed as it could not be substantiated. His Honor considered that desertion had been proved and granted a decree nisi, to bo made absolute in three months.
