HACK QUALIFICATION.—"Hack" means a horse that has not won, at time of entry, a race of the value of 100 sovs., or races of tho collective value of 250 sovs. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All Entries to bo sealed and addressed to tho Secretary, Otaki, with name, pedigree, and ago of horse at time of entry, name of owner and trainer, and colours of tho rider. 2. A fine of 20s will bo imposed for ftvrey* alteration in colours. 3 All Races to bo run under the Rules of Racing as adopted by tho New Zealand Racing. Conference, Starting machine will bo used.
