JURY DISAGREE
WAIRUNA-MOONAH COLLISION CASE. PKESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, September 11. The jury failed to agree in tho Supremo Court action in which damages amounting to -CIS-16 fe 3d are claimed by the Northern Coal Company trom tho Union Steamship Company in connection with the collision in the Auckland harbour between the Union Company’s ateamer Wairuna and tho Northern Ooa.l Company’s ketch Moonah on M < rch 10th last. Th» jury retired at 5 o’clock this evening, and on returning at 11 o’clock the foreman intimated that they had failed either to agree or to obtain a three-fonrths majority. The cam will accordingly como on again at tho next sitting! of tho Court.
