As the Tesult of interviews between Prince Buelow, Uerrnan Imperial Chancellor, and Signox Tittoni, Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs, at Rome, complete agreement has been established between Italy, Germany, and Austria-Hungary relative to Macedonian and other Balkan questions.
