BOYS' INSTITUTE CADETS. Shooting results for 1907-8 clase-firing at Pollhill Gully. Appended are the best results of the members of the above corps. Considering the rough weather they had to contend with most of the i time, and tho short notice that was given by the Defence Office, the shooting may b© considered good, tiie members not having had any instruction in the use of their rifles before they went to the rifle range (officers exccpiod). Each memoer to earn his capitation, had to fire off 56 rounds, the possible for the whole of the year's shooting being 224 pomes.
