SPINAL MENINGITIS
DEATH RATE GREATLY REDUCED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received April 10, 8.22 p.m.) LONDON, April 10. Dr Robb, of Belfast, reports that his new serum for tho treatment of cero bro-spinal meningitis has reduced the death-rate from this disease from 75 to 30 per cent. During the first half of last year there were many cases of cerobro-spinal meningitis in tho United Kingdom. There wore over six hundred cases in Glasgow, many in Dublin and elsewhere. In Belfast there were about three hundred deaths.
