MONTHLY MEETING. A well-attended meeting of tho executive .of the Wellincrton Christian Endeavour Union was held last night. The president (Rev. Macdonald Aipland) occupied the chair. The treasurer’s statement showed that the Union had a credit balance of £2 6s sd. The convener of the seamen’s committee (Mr J. W. Oooksedge’i forwarded his resignation, It was.decided to leave over the appointment of a successor until next meeting. Arrangements were made for carrying on the work of visiting the shins and holding Sunday services In the meantime.

The convener of the Tenth League, the Tn«mhcrs o? sre pledged to give onetenth of their income to religious work, that new members had been enrolled.
