WEIGHTS for the Second Day's Races will be declared on SATURDAY EVENING, APRIL 18th, at 9 p.m., at the Offices of tho Club (next Pier Hotel), Customhouse quay. All ponies not previously measured will require a measurement certificate before eligible to run. All handicaps, with tho exception of tho Easter Cup Handicap, will be started on a minimum of 8.0, tho Easter Cup Handicap will be started on a minimum of 7.7. Any winner during the day will incur a penalty of 71b. Accommodation for ponies and attendants can bo arranged for. No pony allowed io start whose nomination fee is unpaid. 1 ■ This meeting will bo run under tho rules, regulations and by-laws of the Wellington Pony and Galloway Racing Club.
