All ponies not previously measured will require a measurement certificate before being eligible to run. All handicaps, with the exception of the Galloway Handicap, will be started on a minimum of 8.7; the Galloway Handicap will bo started on a minimum of Ssi. m 1 Any winner during the is liable to be re-handicapped. Weights will be declared on Thursday, March. 12th. Accommodation for ponies and attendants can bo arranged for. No pony allowed to start whose nomination fee is unpaid.
