CABINET RmRRANGED. TARIFF ADJUSTMENT WITH AMERICA. ' ' By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received January 6, 9.36 p.m.) PARIS, January 6. A re-arrangement of the Cabinet is announced. M. Briaud, late Minister for Public Instruction, has been appointed Minister for Justice, in place of M. Guyot Dessaigne ; M. Doumergue, late Minister for Commerce, takes the portfolio of Instruction; and M. Crnppi becomes Minister for Justice. The United ..States Government has reduced the duty on French wines by 20 per cent., °in return for similar concessions on cotton-seed oil and some lines of machinery.
