WONDERLAND.
Yesterday being an ideaJ day for ontdool amusements, 1 "Wonderland” was largely patronised, every oar for Miramar being taxed to its capacity. The bright snn and the warm weather permitted tho wearing of summer attire, and the grounds and park presented an attractive appearance. A new camel has been added to the attractions, and ali three "ships of tho desert" were in great requisition during the afternoon. The company baa made arrangements with the _ City Council in regard to lighting, and at night the Illumination is excellent. The Japanese gardens laid out on tho hills have made much growth dur ing tho past few weeks, and comfortable h Beats dotting tho pathways offer rest for tbo holiday maker. A favourite retreat is tho fernery, which has been arranged with many mirrors, giving It tlip appearance of greater size. The arrangement of the walls of this fernery, on which are growing moee and-ferns, is one-of the most pleasing fc & tures of Wonderland,
