MORE DREADNOUGHTS TO BE BUILT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright BERLIN, November IS. The naval estimates for nest year total 17 millions sterling, and for future years 19} millions. The constructive programme provides for three warships of the Dreadnought type annually until 1912. aul two -afterwards until 1916; also for one maanmoth cruiser and twelve destroyers annually, besides submarines.
