THE Government is desirous of obtain* iug a Permanent Site for a Post and Telegraph Office for Te Aro, and is prepared to receive offers of suitable land up to Noon on MONDAY, 16th September. 1907. Offers should be lodged at the Public Works Office, Government Buildings, Wellington. The site must have a frontage to Cuba street or to one of the side streets leading therefronr, and in the latter case must bo within a reasonable distance of Cuba street- Offers must give the dimensions of the sites and the exact positions of same, and should be accompanied by a plan, and must remain open for acceptance for two weeks after receipt.
