THE STEPHANO RAZETO CASE.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN. September 13. Application was made to Mr J ustico Williams to-day, in connection with the Stephano Eaxeto, for an order for Brodrick and Co., Lloyds agents and bottomry bond holders, to file accounts. liis Honor made an order in terms of the motion. He said • he considered under the circumstances accounts should be taken here and not at Invercargill. A summons for payment of wages and outgoings was also considered. His Honor mad© an order that the captain, second officer, and a seaman be paid wages to 15th August, the captain to be entitled to maintenance from 15th August to date of payment. His Honor disallowed Mr Razeto’e claim for interpreting, and referred other matters, such ias the Consul’s account and the account of Mr Waterstone, ship’s agent, to the registrar for inquiry and report. A further application for payment out of Court of the net amount realised on the sale was allowed to stand over till Wednesday.
