TROUBLE WITH NEGROES
A BATTALION DISMISSED. NEW YORK, November 7. President Roosevelt has dismissed an entire negro battalion for declining to divulge the names of comrades concerned in rioting and shooting into houses at Brownsville, Texas, and killing a citizen.
