AMENDMENT ACT, 1906.” PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Local Bill promoted by the '' ellingtou Harbour Board, ami having the above short Title, will be introduced into Parliament at the nest ensuing Session. The objects which the Bill is intended to effect are:—To fill up and reclaim from the sea part of the bed of (ho Harbour ot Port Nicholson lying to the south-eastward of tho Thoradou Esplanade, containing an area five acres three roods and ten perches, as tho same is delineated and edged in pink on a plan deposited at tho oliico of the Marine Department, Wellington, and marked M.D. 2972: To vest such land in the Board for tho purposes for which tho Board is constituted : To amend section sis of the principal Act by giving to tho Governor-in-Couucil power to revest certain reclaimed lands in His Majesty ; To require that all buildings to be erected on such reclaimed lands shall bo in accordance with tho municipal by-laws. A copy of this BUI and of the said plan has been deposited at tho Stipeniiary Magistrate's Courthouse, at Wellington, and is there o-pen to public inspection. Dated this 25th day of June, 3EOS.
