KARORI BOROUGH COUNCIL. | IVTOTICB is hereby given that at a! jLI Special Mooting of tlio lutrori Borough Council hold at tho Borough Council Offices on tho 20th day of X'cbmary, 1906, it was resolved: In pursuonco and exorcise of tho powers vested in it in that behalf by “The local Bodies Loans Act. 1901." the Council of tho Borough of Karon hereby resolves as follows: That for tho purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of X 37.000, authorised to be raised by tho Karori Borough Council under tho above-mentioned Agt, for Tramway, road-widening, and acquisition of a Recreation Ground, tho said Karori Borough Council hereby makes and levies (by special order) a special rate of One Penny and sixty-one one hundred and twenty-fourths (1 61-12tth«) of a penny in the X upon the ratable value (on tho basis of tho unimproved value) of all ratable property in tho Borough of Karori, tho boundaries of which arc sot forth in tho sohodulo to tho said resolution, and that such rale shall be an an-nual-recurring rate during tho currency of such loan, and bo payable half-yearly on tiho first day of Juno and tho first day of December in each and every year during tho currency of such loan, being a period of twonty-flvo years, or until tho loan is fully paid off.
