The approaching completion of the electric tramway tunnel from Pirie street to Hataitai has induced tho owner of tho estate to put another subdivision of some fifty-five sections on the market. The sale will take place at the rooms of Messrs vY. U. Turnbull and Co., auctioneers to the estate. 3, Panama street, ■on Wednesday 3Sth March. This will enable those who purchase now to commence building and have their residences ready for occupation by tho time the trams are running.
