Replying to representations as to the slow progress of work at tho northern (Seddon) end of tho Blenheiin-Waipara Railway, the Afinister of Public Works (Mr Hall-Joncs) states that instructions have been issued to doable the number of men employed, provided the requisite labour can he found in the district.
