RECONSTRUCTION OP CABINET. (Received January 19, 4,16 p.mj BRISBANE, January ll Tho Premier, Mr A. Morgan, haa resigned all his portfolios, and boon appointed President of the Legislative Council. Mr Kidston (Treasurer) 3ms been appointed Cliief Treasurer, and Vice-President of tho Executive. Mr IX F. Donhara (formerly Secretaiy for Agriculture and Works) him been appointed Secretary for Agriculture and Railways. Mr T. 0. Sullivan (formerly Minister without portfolio) lias been appointed Secretary for Public Works. Other portfolios are unchanged.
