HUNGARIAN POLITICS.
(Received November 1. 10.4 p.m.) BUDA PESTH. November 1. Baron Fojcrvary, ’ tho Premier, proposes that the present electorate of one million be increased to two million six hundred thousand by conferring the suffrage on Hungarians of the ago of tkenty-four years and upwards who are able to read and write.
