ONSLOW BOROUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDERS. NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed by way of Special Orders at a Special Meeting of the Onslow Borough Council held at the Borough Council Office, 215, Lambton quay, at 7.30 p.ra. on the 28th day of October, 1905: That the Council do hereby declare the following streets to be public streets of the Borough:— The streets as shown on the subdivisional plan of part of Section 4, Block 3, Port Nicholson Survey District, and known as the Trelissick Estate. Crofton, being Daniellstreet, Laurance place, and Trelissick Park, as shown on deposited plan 1162. Also the street running from the Old Porirua road to Victoria street, Khandallah, through Mr E. B. Martin’s subdivision, part ot Section 1. Porirua District, to be known as and called White street, ns shown on deposited plan 1410. Also the streets running through the Goldies Brae Estate, being the streets known as .Queen’s terrace, to the boundary of the Highland Park Estate, and the approach thereto from Park street as shown on deposited plan 1453. Also the street known as Alexandra street on Hr Moss Davis’s subdivision of mart of Sections 1 and 2, Porirua District, as shown on deposited plan 1522. The Council also hereby resolves to purchase from the owners for the purpose of widening and improving the existing street a strip of land fifteen feet in width, part of Allotments 21 and 48 respectively, abutting on what is known as the station road, or sometimes called Kathleen street, as shown on deposited plan 668. Notice is hereby further given that the above resolutions will be submitted for confirmation as Special Orders at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the Borough Council Offices on the 9th day of December, 1905. at 7.30 p.m. S. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Wellington, held on the sth day of October, 1905, it was resolved as follows: The Council of the City of Wellington doth hereby, in exercise of the powers vested in it by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,’’ and all other Acts and Powers (if any) enabling it in that behalf (by way of Special Order) declare and ordain that the street known as Aorangi terrace, off Grant road, 66ft wide, and shown on plan No. 587 on view at the Town Clerk’s office, be and the same henceforth is a public street of the city of Wellington.
