Sir W. R. Wright, of Golden Rays' Creamery, I?ahntu, referring to the statement that Danish and other butters which compete with tho Now Zealand article on Dio Homo market, are all much “wetter” than the latter, and therefore more economical, says that in talking over the matter with Mr Collett, of Cardiff, he ventured the opinion that tho extra dry butter should fetch a higher price than the “wot.” “Not a bit,” replied Mr Collett, “Wo could got as much for your butter if it contained 4 or 5 per cent, moro moisture, and you might just as well have tho extra halfpenny per lb in your pocket.” Comment is needless..
