Tho Council resumed at 7.30. EDUCATION BILL. Tho Education Act Amendment Bill was considered in committee, and passed through -with, technical amendments. Tho third reading was carried on tho Voices. NEW BILL. Tho Horowbenua Block Act Amendment Bill (No. 2) ivas introduced ami read a first time. TEACHERS’ SUPERANNUATION. Tho Teachers’ Superannuation Bill was introduced from tho House of Representatives and read a first time. Tho Council rose at 9.50 p.m. until 11 o’clock this morning.
