TOKIO, October 25. It is stated that Admiral Togo never cast anchor from August 10th—the date on which the Russian fleet- at Port Arthur made an unsuccessful attempt to escape—until December Oth, when the Sevastopol took refuge under Clicng-ten-shan, and was disabled hy Japanese torpedo boats. Tho interned Russian warships Diana, Tsarevitch, Aurora, and Jemtchug have sailed homewards.
