McKerrow v. George A. Tattle, a debt of £47 5s Gel, plaintiff was (nonsuited ; (defendant's costs £2 7s. Jessie Kirby (represented by Mr Lovvey) sued Robert D. Craig (Mr Levi) for the recovery of £9, for board and lodging. Defendant counter-claimed for £lO for work done. Judgment was for plaintiff in the first claim, 'with costs (£3 7s), Craig losing his counterclaim. Tho New Zealand Express Company obtained judgment against Janies McAlpine for £2 3s, with costs (16s Gel) for tho cartage of furniture up Nairn street. Edgar Hyde, represented by Air Hindmarsh, sued Otto Edward True (Mr Myers) for tho recovery of £47 10s, commission on the sale of a property at Lower Hutt. His Worship reserved his decision for a week.
