THE WEATHER.
The forecasted rain fell yesterday with dismal persistence, and early this morning showed no sign of clearing. The whole colony experienced a downfall which was by no means welcome as there had been quite enough moisture during the past week or two to satisfy pastoralists. There are indications that boisterous weather is approaching from the Tasman Sea.
