SWiiVUVIING. The annual meeting of the Wellington Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association is to he held to-night at the New Zealander Hotel. The report to be presented states that tho rules of the centre have been revised. A new rule has been added providing that clubs may •send to the centre secretary names of defaulting members, who shall be prohibited from swimming in race under the centre’s control until the arrears have been paid. The balance-sheet shows a credit of .£ls 8s lid. 1
