VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. MASTEIKTON, October 24. At tho Police Court to-day a young man named John MeEwon was charged with riotous and disorderly conduct and malicious damage to property. Evidence was given that the accused got mad drunk yesterday, entered a house, and after disturbing things generally, armed himself with a knife a pair of scissors, and a razor. He then sallied forth and took charge of the street, threatening pnssersby and frightening women and children. Accused was fined £3, in default fourteen days’ imprisonment on tho first charge, and Is and ordered to pay damage, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment, on the second charge.
