murder BY RUSSIAN SEAMEN. (Received October 25, 1.7 a.m.) BERLIN, October 24. Six Russian seamen on the British sailing ship Emperor, bound from the West Indies to SwiUemunde, mutinied, and killed the captain (Flink) and a negro cook.
