ROYAL VISIT POSTPONED.
A QUESTION OF ETIQUETTE. MAHEID, August 15. The dates of King Alfonso’s proposed visit to Berlin being unsuitable, the Kaiser suggested a German wateringtown as a meeting place. King Alfonso, however, informed the German Ambassador that it ho met Emperor William it must be at the capital, and not at a provincial town. He has accordingly postponed his visit sine die. The decision has given grant satirisetion in Madrid.
