COLONIAL AND OTHER PRODUCE. Wheat. —Despite sensational reports of damage to in Russia and America, tho Europe-ill markets arc quiet, with a rather easier tendency. French harvesting prospects are favourable. Cargoes arc dull, but off coast is a shade firmer. Two cargoes have sold at 325, and buyers arc now offering 32s 3d for August-S'epteunber shipment. Australian snot, small supply, 33s Gd to 345. The American' visible supply oast of the Rockies, according to “ Bradstreet’s ” estimate, is 22.312,000 busliels. Flour.— The market is dull. “ Patents ” are quoted in London at. .23s Gd, and in Glasgow at 24s Gd to

2os. The butter market is firm, but prices ■ re* unchanged. Saltless Canadian -is at 109 s to 110 s. Sugar.—Gorman beet, 88deg., Id higher, at 10s Id* first nmrk granulated, f.o.b. Hamburg, 3d higher, at 12s 6d per cwt. Bradford Tops.—Business is improving ♦ 40’s are quoted at 16d, 40’s 13d, common GO’s 25d, and super 60s 26d (unchanged). THE METAL MARKETS. Cooper. —Spot, £69 to £69 5s (compared with £6B lls 3d last week). Tin.—Spot, £l-19 15s to £149 X7s 6d (£l5O 15s last week); three months, £l4B to £l-18 10s O£U9 last week). Pig iron, 8d higher, at 46s lid per. ton. Spelter, £24 7s 6d per ton._ Load. 2s 6d lower, at £3 17s 6d per ton. Imports 19,057 tons (including 4657 tons Australian), exports 4144 tons. Silver, 2s 3 5-16 d per oz.

Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report that at their sale of wool, skins, hides and tallow at Palmerston yesterday they offered 1500 skins. 20 bales anti 40 bag lots of wool, 420 hides, and a few casks and odd lots of tallow. Buyers were present in good numbers, and competition was keep for all sorts.
