NEW ZEALANDER ARRESTER AT SYDNEY.
(Received Anmist 11, 9.50 p.m.) SYDNEY. August 11.
On tlio arrival of the Moana from Auckland to-day the police arrested William Henry Cowan, on a charge of misappropriating £65. the property of tlio Now Zealand Government, while in tho employ of tho Telegraph Lino Construction Department at Auckland.
