A BOYCOTT PROPOSED.
PERTH, August 11. Indian native papers received by the last mail urge a boycott of Australian goods, owing to the difficulty placed in tho wav of the wife of an Indian landing in West Australia. Tho papers claim that the action was a deliberate insult to the Indian officials who issued tho woman's passport.
