POLITICAL ADDRESS.
PBESS ASSOCIATION. TIMARU, May 30. Mr Flatman, M.H.E., addressed a wellattended meeting of his constituents at Temnka last evening, when he dealt with the work of last session, and replied to criticisms recently made by Mr Massey. Speaking of the High Commissionership, be said that Mr Seddon instructed him as Whip to inform ©very member on tho Government side of the House before the act was passed that the post was not for himself. Sir Flatman intimated his intention to again contest the Geraldine seat at the next election, and was given n vote of thanks and confidence.
