WANGANUI WINTER MEETING. SECOND DAY. (By "Advance.”) WANGANUI, May 23. For the concluding day of the Jockey Club's meeting fine weather was experienced. Regulation, considered unlucky to lose the Connolly Handicap the previous day, was made favourite for the M inter Oats. Salutation, who ran second to Chivalry, had most support of the others.
