A FULL DURBAR. (Received September 4, 5.9 p.ra.) LONDON, September 3. Nows from Thibet states that a full durbar was hold on August 30th (hist Tuesday). The mooting was attended by tho Chinese Amban, tho Thibetan Regent, and three Councillors. Tho delegates agreed to two of the clauses in the terms of tho treaty proposed by Colonel Younghusband, but .declare that tho country is unable to pay tho indemnity demanded.
