A wild scene of enthusiasm was witnessed at the Republican National Convention, sitting in Chicago, when tho text of ’a message from Colonel Hay. Secretary of State, to tho Sultan of Morocco, was road. Tho message, which has boon forwarded to the Sultan through tho Anioiricau Consul at Constantinople, demands Air Pcrdicaris (the American millionaire captive) alive or Eaisuli (the brigand) dead.
