MUSICAL EXAMINATIONS.
Professor If. Muller, who has recently been appointed oilicial representative of the London College of -Music in Wellington, was exceptionally successful with his pupils in tho examinations in theory in connection with that college in December, 10(13. lie pieparcd twenty-three candidates for llv examination, and all pas-cd, all but two gaining first-class certificates! two obtaining Dm full number of marks possible; eighteen succeeded in gaining niiict v or over out of a possible 160. This result: lui; perhaps never been excelled in Now Zealand. Tho following are particulars of Die marks gained by each:—Miss Nellie Caller, IDO; Miss Ethel -M.
