LEAGUE OP NEW ZEALAND AVHEELMEN.' PTfRSB ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, November 27.. At a meeting of the Council of the League of New Zealand Wheelmen tonight, it waa decided to hold the. New Zealand Championship meeting at Lancaster Park on March 26th. Tho Dannevirko Club wrote threatening to delete the cycling events from its programme if the League insisted on its running events being'hold under tho mice of the Associated Caledonian Societies.— Tho Council decided to adhere to its agreement with the Associated Societies. Letters were received from different centres approving the proposed alteration to the rules regarding amateur trophies. The Otago Centre of the Athletic Association wrote stating, that it disapproved tho proposal of the Pioneer Club that the association should take over tho control of amateur cycling. jj _A letter was received from the International Cyclists’ Union, Paris, that this year's world’s championship would bo held in London.
