MOROCCO.
LONDON, October 1. Sir Harry McLean, lustructor-in-Cbiof in the Moroccan Army, interviewed in Loudon, said tho Moroccans were certain to fanatically resist the attempt which has been predicted to establish a French protectorate. The Sultan of Morocco was trying to borrow from England and Franco a mil-, lion sterling to suppress tho rebellion.
