Tho advdnced street nrabs of Philadelphia now got hopelessly drunk on petrol. Tho favourite method is to lift up the manhole lids of the large petrol tank cars at tho railway siding and inhale the fumes given off. Failing this tho same effect is brought about by dipping rags into some petrol and smelling them.
