THE IRISH LAND BILL.
LONDON, July 3. Tho Executive Committee of the Irish landlords has passed a resolution that the concessions of Mr Wyndham, Chief Secretary for Ireland, have endangered the working of the Bill, and that unless they are modified landlords will be unable to sell.
