THE GORDON BENNETT RACE. COALMENCEMENT OF THE CONTENT. LONDON, July 2. For the Gordon ‘Bennett motor-car raco twelve competitors started. The weather was glorious. Crowds ol sightseers camped, all night along the lino of route, paying huge prices for tents. Edge, on a Napier machine, led for the first two rounds. The speed was terrific.
