SALE OP MARTON JUNCTION. There was a considerable attendance at Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co.’s Exchange Land Mart yesterday evening, inspecting the plans of the town of Marten Junction. A number of sections, both town and suburban, unsold on Thursday, were purchased and the deposits paid. The Exchange Land Mart will bo open again this evening to afford the public another* opportunity of selection and purchase. Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co. have determined to sell every section within a week, as the reserves, ranging from .£lO to .£3O per section, are far below the real value of the land.
