ANTICIPATED REDUCTION. LONDON, February 3. It is expected that Mr C. T. Ritchie, Chancellor of the Exchequer, will in his next Budget reduce the income tax, but it is impossible to reduce it to 6d,' owing to the heavy claims for increasing the navy. The income tax now stands at Is 3d in the £l.
