Wellington, 22nd January, 19U3. 310 IIUTT PARK AND RACECOURSE. rjpilil Trustees of the Hutt Public Park -u- and Racecourse and the Stewards of the Wellington Pacing Club give public notice that the following among other unleaded Regulations were duly made and passed, on tho 8:h day of January, 1003, by Uie Hutt Park and Racecourse Hoard, and will be strictly enforced on the Racecourse at the Wellington Racing Club’s Summer Meeting, to be held on the 22nd and 2-1 th lust, and upon any day or days to which such meeting may be pustponNo person shall upon any portion of the Racecourse carry on tho business of a bookmaker or betting agent or layer of totalisator odds or layer of starting prices. No person shall upon any portion of the Racecourse shout or cry betting odds or juices or advertise himself to tho public as open to make bets or lay odds or starting prices or as willing to enter into any betting or wagering contract either upon the result of any race or otherwise or stand or remain in any place or spot for the purpose of doing any of the said things. It shall be a condition on which each person shall bo jjormitted to have access to the Racecourse upon any (lay when lire same shall be used for racing purposes that such person shall not upon any portion of the Kaceeourso carry, on the business of a bookmaker or betting agent or layer of totalisator odds or layer of starting prices or shout or cry betting odds or prices or advertise himself to the public us open to make bets or lay odds or starting prices or as willing to enter into any betting or wagering contract either upon the result of any race or otherwise or stand or remain in any place or spot for the purpose of doing any of tho said things. Any person committing a breach of any of the provisions contained in these Rules and Regulations may be ordered to leave the Racecourse, and failing compliance with such order such person shall be deemed a trespasser, and maybe ejected from the Racecourse and prosecuted as a trespasser.
