THE ANGLO-GERMAN COOPERATION.

BERLIN, January 21. In tho course of Jus speech in the Reichstag in tho debate upon tiio Imperial Estimates, tho Chancellor (Count von Bulow) stated that the allies were co-opera ting loyally in Venezuela. Tho blockade would probably bo raised tho moment the negotiations at Washington had borne satisfactory result. Tho Anglo-German co-operation in Venezuela had, said the Chancellor, been limited beforehand to securing from an unwilling creditor satisfaction. _ Identical injury had been done to British and Gorman subjects. NEW YORK, January 21. Tho Hon. John Hay, Secretary of State, received Mr H. AV. Bowen, American Minister at Caracas, as tho accredited representative of A T cnozucla at tho Arbitration Tribunal.
